How it work
All information requested by éTude Study Relief Fund will be kept confidential. éTude Study Relief Fund will not disseminate any personal information unless specifically authorised.
- éTude Study Relief Fund would not solicit funds from candidates.
- Submission of an application form to éTude Study Relief Fund does not automatically guarantee that the applicant will be awarded funds from éTude Study Relief Fund.
- Funds to be paid directly to tertiary institution account. this will occur twice a year. the first payment will be made once the first semester results are submitted and the second payment after the submission of the second semester results. recipients must arrange with the tertiary institution with respect to the payment terms.
- No payments to the tertiary institution will be done if the recipient submits failed marks.
- The number of re-awards and/or new awards depends entirely on the funding available.
- Approved students will receive a promissory letter indicating that they have been pre-approved for receiving funds. Shortlisted applicants will be required to submit proof in respect of information provided on the application form.
- Students who received funds in the previous year and have a further year or more of study could receive a re-award based on their performance during the previous academic year.
- The value of the fund to be awarded and to whom are at the discretion of éTude Study Relief Fund.
- Successful applicants will be contacted by éTude Study Relief Fund. Do not contact éTude Study Relief Fund.

Academic performance is a crucial factor in our selection process, and we require the most recent, comprehensive, and clear academic record to evaluate an applicant’s potential. The minimum prerequisite for applicants to be eligible to download the application form is as follows:
- Grade 11/12 learners: Must have achieved a minimum overall average of 75% in grade 11 or matric (LO excluded).
- Students: Must have achieved a minimum overall average of 55% at tertiary level if currently studying.
